Орианти Панагарис. Молодая австралийская гитаристка с греческими корнями. Состоявшаяся, можно сказать, звезда.
Два музыкальных фильма за ее плечами (Rock Prophecies 2009 и Skum Rocks! 2013), несколько сериалов.
Девушка играла со многими знаменитыми гитаристами такими как Стив-Вай,
Элис Купер, Сантана, Майклом Джексоном и так далее. Подробнее об этом я
рассказывать не вижу смысла ибо информации полно в сети.

Скажу одно, что мужиков рубящих от
зубодробительного и техничного металла до глубокого и теплого блюза
полно. Гитаристы друг на друге на головах сидят. Да талантов мало, но
масса «средняка» просто огромна. А вот девушек гитаристок единицы, а уж
талантливых это просто по пальцам пересчитать. Подумайте, сколько
мужиков на одну такую девушку?!

Opus is a pop-rock group from Graz, Austria. Formed in 1973, the group
remains active today. The band is especially well known for its single
release, "Live Is Life." It was their second single, released in 1985,
and achieved huge success, topping the charts of many countries,
including Austria (eight weeks), Germany, France (seven weeks) and
Sweden (four weeks). In France, the song is the 149th best-selling
single of all time with about 857,000 units sold.The song was covered by
many other artists, including Stargo (number ten in France in 1985) and
Slovenian music group Laibach. The Spanish band Los Manolos covered
the song like a rumba. Brazilian band "Os Melhores" recorded a version
called "Como é bom te amar".The Quebec singer René Simard covered the
song in french, "La vie chante".
"Baby, Come Back" is a song written by Eddy Grant, and originally
performed and recorded by him and the rest of his band The Equals. The
song was first released in 1966, a year after the band formed, but did
not chart. However after impressive sales in the rest of Europe (it
reached the top 10 in Belgium and The Netherlands) the song was
re-issued in the UK on 1 May 1968 and reached #1 in the UK Singles Chart
on 6 July 1968 spending three weeks there. In all the song stayed in
the UK Top 75 for 18 weeks. Eddy Grant himself released a new version of
the song in 1984, 1985 and 1989, without much impact on the charts.

"I'm a Boy" is a 1966 rock song written by Pete Townshend for
his band The Who. The song, like other early recordings by the band,
such as "I Can't Explain", "The Kids Are Alright" and "Happy Jack",
centers around the early power pop genre. The song was originally
intended to be a part of a rock opera called 'Quads' which was to be set
in the future where parents can choose the sex of their children. The
idea was later scrapped, but this song survived and was later released
as a single.
"Happenings Ten Years Time Ago" was the first single by the
British rock band The Yardbirds to feature future Led Zeppelin guitarist
Jimmy Page in the band. Page had recently replaced the original bassist
for The Yardbirds, Paul Samwell-Smith. "Happenings Ten Years Time Ago"
was also the first of three recordings pairing Page with incumbent lead
guitarist Jeff Beck. The single reached #30 on Billboard in the U.S. and
#43 in the UK charts.This song was covered by Todd Rundgren in 1976 on
his album Faithful.
The Smoke was an English pop group from York. Their biggest hit
was "My Friend Jack" (German Charts: #2, UK charts: #45). They
consisted of Mick Rowley (lead vocals), Mal Luker (lead guitar) , Zeke
Lund (bass) and Geoff Gill (drums).
"Night Of The Long Grass" is a song by The Troggs, This release
entered UK charts on June 1 1967. The total number of weeks this release
was in charts 6 and the highest place ever reached was number 17.
